We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for candidates who are fluent in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
