Job description

Black & Grey HR is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for a prominent organization in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing executives' schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and expertise in MS Office. This position requires strong attention to detail, experience with high-level meetings and logistics, and the ability to create professional presentations in both languages.


Responsibilities

  1. Efficiently manage executives' schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a point of contact for emails and communications, handling correspondence on behalf of senior stakeholders.
  3. Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and required documents.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  5. Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the executive team.
  6. Develop and deliver professional presentations in both Arabic and English.
