Job Description

Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, often acting as a point of contact for clients and colleagues.

Document Management: Preparing, editing, and filing documents, reports, and presentations.

Office Organization: Maintaining office supplies, organizing files, and ensuring the workspace is efficient and orderly.

Data Entry: Inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets.

Customer Service: Assisting clients or customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information as needed.

Financial Tasks: Assisting with invoicing, budgeting, or basic bookkeeping as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED 3000.00 - AED 4500.00 per month.
