Job description

A vacancy is available for a full-time Assistant Administration & Operations at a leading ICT media and events platform based in Dubai.

The candidate must fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Reporting to the Director of Operations and the CEO
  2. Handling the calendar and drafting agenda
  3. Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings, preparing reports
  4. Arranging travels, including bookings and itineraries
  5. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  6. Good & Professional attitude and appearance
  7. Excellent organizational skills
  8. Fluent in English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian; Eastern European languages are an advantage
  9. Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economy, or equivalent
  10. 2-3 years of Administration/PA experience
  11. Package as per evaluation and the position
  12. Overqualified candidates will be ignored
  13. Candidates who do not fit the requirements will be ignored
