Job Title: Administration Manager

Job Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

The Administration Manager at PureHealth will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the administrative operations that support our growing enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly, efficiently, and align with PureHealth’s commitment to excellence and innovation in the healthcare industry. This role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can foster collaboration across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline administrative processes and support business growth.
  • Monitor and optimize office operations, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, supplies, and equipment.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of administrative staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify professional development needs, and provide training opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Strategic Planning and Support

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic administrative initiatives that align with the company’s goals.
  • Provide high-level administrative support for executive leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure that administrative activities comply with all relevant company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage and oversee contracts, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the administrative department’s budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports related to administrative operations.

Facilities and Asset Management

  • Oversee the maintenance, safety, and security of office premises.
  • Manage office leases, renovations, and space planning to accommodate company growth.

Technology and Systems Management

  • Identify and implement administrative technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and proper use of administrative systems and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in management is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a managerial role within administration or operations, preferably in a large or complex organization.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in administrative systems, office management software, and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, budgeting, and compliance management.
