Admin / Finance Manager
Location: West Qurna, Iraq
Salary: Market related
Rotation: 60/18
We are currently looking for an Administrative / Finance Manager for our multiple projects in Iraq.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative and fiscal obligations of the company abroad;
- Coordinate the administrative checks of the subcontractors/suppliers relative to abroad;
- Cooperate in the drawing up of company budgets for branches and controlled companies;
- Coordinate the administrative & financial activities of the operating unit abroad, interfacing with the Project Managers;
- Keep the general accounts in an orderly and systematic manner in accordance with the official accepted accounting principles;
- Check bank statements and reconciliation of bank accounts with bookkeeping evidence;
- Prepare the annual budget and all its detailed attachments;
- Share the budget and final balance with HQ;
- Ensure the correct keeping of the statutory books;
- Check all the fiscal aspects relative to direct and indirect taxes;
- Perform all acts referred to in the Administrative Procedure.
Requirements:- Financial and Administrative degree;
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Italian;
- At least ten years' experience in a similar overseas position;
- Proactive and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage personnel;
- Strong Organizational Skills;
- Must be from O&G background.
