Job Title: Administrative & Accounting Role

Job Description

Administrative & Accounting Tasks:

  1. Prepare and generate invoices for clients.
  2. Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections.
  3. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with basic accounting tasks.
  4. Handle documentation, filing, and office organization.
  5. Post property listings on real estate portals and keep them updated.
  6. Answer incoming calls and handle client inquiries professionally.
  7. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads.
  8. Meet and greet clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  9. Arrange and accompany clients for property viewings.
  10. Visit project sites to oversee progress and ensure smooth operations.

Staff Management & Site Visits:

  1. Supervise and coordinate with office and field staff.
  2. Assign tasks and ensure work efficiency.
  3. Conduct site visits to monitor work and address any operational issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in administration, accounting, or real estate.

  1. Basic accounting knowledge.
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  5. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  6. Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  7. Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a must.
  8. Personality: Professional, organized, and proactive.
