The Role

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
• Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
• Ensure all marketing collateral and campaigns align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, event managers, and exhibition organizers.
• Coordinate and manage the company's participation in exhibitions and award submissions.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to the Social Media handler for continuous optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains innovative and effective.
• Responsible for updating & maintaining the CRM system.
• Responsible for generation of periodic reports.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service with utmost priority.
• Responsible for content creation.
• Maintain company data management in the cloud.
• Responsible for lead management through the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• At least two (2) years working experience in a similar position in UAE.
• Ability to communicate well and effectively verbally and in writing to a diverse audience.
• Build and maintain close and effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with tact and confidence in dealing with people at all levels both internally and externally.
