Job description

Looking for a typist candidate who has sufficient knowledge in Government Applications, such as Immigration, DED, MOHRE Labor, Visa Application Process, Emirates ID, and Medical. Able to handle large and medium workloads. Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Ability to learn quickly when learning new ideas and methods and willingness to face challenging issues. A proactive approach and confident personality is also one of the assets.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for New Visa, Renewals & Cancellation Processing
  • Obtaining Work Permits, New Employment Visas, and Renew Residence Visas
  • Monitoring and Renewing Residence Permits
  • Facilitating the Renewal of Expatriate Passports
  • Typing and formatting letters, forms, reports, and other documents related to visa and license applications
  • Reviewing and proofreading documents to ensure they meet all regulatory standards and client-specific requirements
  • Accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources
  • Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system
  • Following data entry guidelines and best practices
  • Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
  • Managing the flow of documentation within the organization
  • Answering customer questions and providing information
  • Supporting other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Have 2 Years Experience in the Documents Clearing and PRO Service Field
  • Knowledge in applying MOHRE Labor Online Portal and GDRFA Online Portal
  • Knowledge in typing Medical Test And Emirates ID
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent typing, editing, and data entry skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000 - AED3,500.00 per month
