Our client, a well-established company in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Admin Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
UAE National (with valid family book)
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
