Job description

Team Management:

  • Oversee and manage a team of CRC Managers, including CRS, CRC, and Listing Managers.
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting clear expectations and providing timely feedback.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee lead generation activities and ensure efficient lead distribution.
  • Track and analyze lead conversion rates to optimize lead generation efforts.

Property Listing Management:

  • Oversee the entire property listing process, from initial creation to publication and management.
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with portal guidelines.
  • Optimize listings for maximum exposure through strategic keyword selection and title writing.
  • Monitor and improve the quality score of both properties and agents on the portals.
  • Work closely with agents to onboard them to portals, maintain their profiles, and train them on best practices.
  • Respond promptly to agent and client inquiries regarding listings.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Proactively identify client needs and anticipate potential issues.
  • Resolve client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement client retention strategies.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Quality Control and Process Improvement:

  • Implement and maintain quality control standards for sales and customer service processes.
  • Monitor team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of calls and interactions.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on team performance, customer satisfaction, and sales metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in real estate field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of real estate industry and market trends.
  • Proficiency in various property portals and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
