Admin - Maintenance and operations
Job description
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.).
- Ensure timely resolution of reported problems across the facility.
- Track preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians for on-site repairs and servicing.
Fire & Safety Systems:
- Track and ensure regular maintenance and testing of fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment.
- Coordinate with external service providers for inspections and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to fire systems.
Security & Surveillance:
- Monitor the functioning and coverage of CCTV systems.
- Liaise with IT or external providers for system issues or upgrades.
- Maintain a log of surveillance records and service checks.
- Coordinate with vendors for scheduled waste removal and cleaning.
- Monitor pest control services and follow up on any issues or complaints.
- Ensure the workplace remains clean, safe, and pest-free at all times.
- Maintain a database of service contracts (maintenance, fire safety, pest control, etc.).
- Track renewal dates and performance of vendors.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure compliance with agreed terms and service levels.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Driving license required, UAE experience.
