Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in HR administration or finance/accounting (2-3 years).
- Previous experience in Invoice Processing:
- Prepare, review, and process invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Manage invoice discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Previous experience in payroll processing or related administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
