Job description

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/HR Executive with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position is critical for managing all office operations, supporting the CEO with calendar management, organizing events, and overseeing HR activities. Additionally, the role involves handling travel arrangements, including hotel bookings and airfare, to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee all office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and meetings.
  • Handle travel arrangements such as booking hotels, airfare, and ground transportation for the CEO and staff.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence as required.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the office by addressing operational challenges promptly.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Coordinate payroll preparation and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Address employee inquiries and enforce compliance with company HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Admin/HR role.
  • Proven experience managing office operations and executive calendars.
  • Strong background in organizing events and handling travel arrangements, including hotel and airfare bookings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices is required.
