Job Description

  • Manage and organize office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient communication between teams.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and preparation of necessary materials.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required, showcasing attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting, helping to maintain financial organization within the office.
  • Conduct research and compile information for projects, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company in a professional manner during interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the UAE.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus considering the local clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
