Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the Administration department with the workflow.
  • Manage reception along with receptionist on daily basis.
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase order and liaise with the suppliers.
  • Support Admin Manager for all Dubai and JAFZA office admin matters.
  • Support in management tasks such as arranging meetings, travel, transport, accommodation, and restaurant reservations.
  • Support in organizing meetings (internal/external), events, and conferences.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing/archiving system for all office records/documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with the facility management company for maintenance issues.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture, computer, and telephone services and product orders.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Support all tasks related to the efficient and smooth running of the front desk.

You bring (qualifications & experience):

  • Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.
  • Previous experience in administrative support is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving/judgment: the ability to observe, think critically, and to solve problems using data analysis, interpretation, and reasoning skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
