Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Administration department with the workflow.
- Manage reception along with receptionist on daily basis.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work.
- Prepare and maintain purchase order and liaise with the suppliers.
- Support Admin Manager for all Dubai and JAFZA office admin matters.
- Support in management tasks such as arranging meetings, travel, transport, accommodation, and restaurant reservations.
- Support in organizing meetings (internal/external), events, and conferences.
- Maintain a well-organized filing/archiving system for all office records/documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with the facility management company for maintenance issues.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture, computer, and telephone services and product orders.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Support all tasks related to the efficient and smooth running of the front desk.
You bring (qualifications & experience):
- Must be a UAE national with a Family Book.
- Previous experience in administrative support is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving/judgment: the ability to observe, think critically, and to solve problems using data analysis, interpretation, and reasoning skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
