Overview – Role

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, working 16 hours a week in a flexible and hybrid work environment.

This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment and advance your career within a supportive and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in preparation of invoices and documents
  2. Assist in employee engagement activities and facility management
  3. Assist in ticketing, travel and onboarding coordination using specialized ERP systems
  4. Assist in reporting related to administrative tasks
  5. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
  6. Assist in public relations functions related to visa and immigration, travelling occasionally to ministry when required
  7. Assist in typing, scanning and maintaining documents and preparing documents in Arabic or English

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Graduate / diploma holder with good communication skills in English. Those in first year of college can also apply
  2. Able to type documents in Arabic language
  3. Computer literate with skills in MS Office
  4. Ready to put in 16 hours of work every week, and work as an enthusiastic team member of a busy administrative team
  5. Ready to initiate employee engagement programs
  6. Hold a valid driving license and ready to visit ministry occasionally for labor purposes
  7. This role is reserved for nationals of the country
