Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing routine and advanced duties for other professionals
  2. Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents
  3. Managing calendars, sorting mail, and preparing invoices
  4. Handling office tasks and administrative duties
  5. Facilitating efficient communication across an entire office or specific department
  6. Answering phones, updating databases, and completing general clerical work

Skills

  1. Good communication skills

  3. A capacity for learning new skills quickly
  4. An eye for detail
  5. Experience with Microsoft Office

Qualification

  1. Diploma (Business Administration) / High School or any equivalent degree
