To provide effective instruction in specific course(s) in the assigned Engineering subjects and in at least two or more specific areas of the assigned program/discipline to second language learners within a student-centric learning environment to foster respect for students, their culture, and their traditions.
Adjunct Faculty are temporary teaching staff employed within the college to enhance student learning, bringing a wide array of practical knowledge and varied experience.
Reporting to the Program Coordinator of a Division, Adjunct Faculty provide effective instruction in undergraduate courses in their respective discipline, covering regular program courses including capstone projects, work experience, and senior-level specialized courses.
Involvement in applied research, extra-curricular events at the College, and outreach activities are welcomed.
Adjunct Faculty teaching load is assigned on an as-needed basis and may not exceed six (6) credits per semester. The workdays in a week are normally Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with hours based on the teaching schedule.
