Job Description

Liaising with the resort Activities Coordinators and managers in relation to the availability of activities and/or the operational needs for the working day. Greeting visitors as they arrive to the hotel, transferring guests to the experience centre or activity centre and providing information in relation to the range of activities available. Actively selling activities to guests in accordance with the agreed standards, practices and techniques as directed by the Activities Coordinator. Maintaining a clean, tidy and presentable activities desk and/or activities centre, ensuring a 5* standard at all times.
