Job Description
Accounts Receivable Management
- Responsible for accurately processing and recording invoices in the ERP system as per IFRS guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivables aging reports.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to ensure timely customer collection.
- Credit control and management.
- Review and approve credit limits for customers.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivables performance.
Accounts Payable Management
- Responsible for accurately processing and recording invoices in the ERP system as per IFRS guidelines.
- Ensure all invoices are recorded accurately as per the agreed payment terms.
- Ensure all required supporting documents and approvals are in place before recording the invoice in the system.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to invoices promptly.
- Supervise and train accounts receivables and payable staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance on complex accounting issues.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets for accounts receivables and payables.
- Evaluate financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Provide insights to support decision-making.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in accounts receivables and accounts payable.
- Develop and implement process improvements.
- Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
