LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an entry level accounting candidate who has experience either working in accounting or doing data entry work previously. Seeking someone who is comfortable with an onsite long term role, data entry accounting work, can learn quickly, take good notes, and wants to make a long term commitment to one company.
Worksite Location: 100% Onsite in Broadview, IL
Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $20-22/hour (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: 8-5pm
Systems they work on: Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, ERP
Responsibilities:
Data entry, 10-key data entry skills, check scanning
Post checks and make adjustments to customer accounts daily
Fill in with posting ACH and wire transfer payments
Prepare and deposit customer and non-customer checks using remote deposit check scanner daily
Maintain a file of cash receipt adjustments to notify the branches daily
Open customer accounts and maintain files by editing address, phone numbers, emails, contact info., tax status, salesman etc. daily
Often work with the branch and/or customer with questions, problems and supplying them with information
Process customer credit applications and maintain files
Run credit reports
Collect valid customer tax exemption certificates and flag account accordingly
Distribute mail to various departments in the area
