Accounts Receivable and Document Controller

We're seeking a versatile Accounts Receivable and Document Controller to join our team in Dubai.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing the financial aspects of our projects while ensuring seamless documentation control. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, aligning with our commitment to precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, and credit management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, engaging with Operations, Accounts, and Clients in complex projects with multiple costing elements.
3. Prepare shipping documentation meticulously, adhering to regulatory requirements and our commitment to quality.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues and enhance processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Analyze AR data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Utilize project management skills to navigate challenging situations and thrive under stress, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with a proven track record of working on complex projects with multiple costing elements.
• Advanced knowledge of tax requirements in the UAE and GCC.
• Track record of financial compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes, coupled with proficiency in document control.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in preparing shipping documentation and knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially for Saudi Arabia.
• Project management skills to navigate challenging situations and thrive under stress, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
