Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions, maintaining aging reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and collections.
• Maintain accurate records and aging reports for outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline receivables processes.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status for management.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Professional certification (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
