Accounts Clerk

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Clerk for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

1. Responsible for all invoices and other accounting documents filing and control.
2. Responsible for checking invoice postings and uploading.
3. Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of vendor reconciliations, invoice pending list, and payment batch.
4. Ensure timely completion of all tasks.
5. Strict adherence and compliance towards Group HSE Charter & MAESTRO requirement and affiliate’s HSEQ Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all times.
6. Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance, and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities.
