Job Description

• Create and maintain accurate financial reports, including accounts payable/receivable, to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods while optimizing transportation costs.
• Execute inventory management tasks, tracking stock levels and forecasting needs to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in all logistics and financial operations.
• Monitor and analyze shipping and transportation metrics to identify trends and improve service levels.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning by providing insights on logistics costs and potential savings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for dealing with international suppliers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
