Job Description:
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy. Promptly investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
Bank Interest & Credit Card Charges: Monitor and record bank interest, charges, and credit card fees. Ensure all related transactions are accurately reflected in the respective LE’s ledgers and financial statements, making timely adjustments as needed.
Intercompany Invoices (new structure transactions): Oversee the preparation, verification, and processing of intercompany invoices under the new corporate structure. Ensure billing accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies between entities.
Daily Currency Rate Update: Maintain and update daily foreign exchange rates in the system to support accurate financial reporting for multi-currency transactions.
Prepayment Allocation: Manage the allocation and amortization of prepaid expenses, ensuring correct classification and distribution across relevant periods.
Non-PO Accrual: Record and manage accruals for expenses without purchase orders, including rent, medical insurance, and operational costs. Ensure accurate financial statement reflection.
Mobile Register Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date register of company-issued mobile devices, tracking user details, device status, and associated expenses.
Spare IT Asset Register Maintenance: Keep an updated record of all spare IT assets, documenting user details, date of purchase, and device status for accurate tracking and management.
