Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.
Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Prepare financial forecasts and budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations of financial data.
Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Handle all tax-related matters VAT, WHT, and CIT in the region (Egypt, Lebanon, and UAE).
Coordinate with payroll provider to settle social securities, payroll tax, and NSSF registrations (Egypt and Lebanon).
Additional Qualifications:
Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and accounting software.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
