Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional managerial skills, and extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Tally. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting department.
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
  
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and other financial laws.
  
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Tally for financial management.
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.
  
• Take initiative in identifying and resolving accounting issues.
  
• Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience.
  
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
  
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Tally.
  
• In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations.
  
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
