Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee and lead our accounting team. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the organization’s financial goals through strategic planning and analysis. This role will be essential in maintaining accurate financial reporting, optimizing internal controls, and supporting business decisions with sound financial insights.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Accounting or Finance; preference to qualified CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA certificate holders.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
3. Expertise in financial statement preparation, with in-depth knowledge of UAE tax regulations and compliance
4. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet strict deadlines
