Job description

The Accounting Generalist is responsible for handling the tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services.

  1. Handle Income Audit section, Accounts Payable section, and Payroll.
  2. Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
  3. Work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
  4. Adapt responsibilities as required, as the Accounting office structure may vary.
  5. Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed (Account Receivable, General Cashier, etc.).

What You Bring

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience within Finance Department in a luxury brand.
  2. At least 1 year’s experience with Capgemini or similar Shared Service module of accounting function preferred.
  3. College Graduate (Accounting/Finance).
  4. Opera and Sun system knowledge.
  5. Accounts Payable and General Cashier experience.
  6. Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  7. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
