Accounting & Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting & Finance Manager located in Dubai. The Accounting & Finance Manager will be responsible for hands-on accounting and finance activities including but not limited to:

1. Managing the company cashflow
2. Treasury Function: As a trading company, Letters of Credit, Performance Bonds, and Bank Guarantees form a big part of this role and you will need to have prior hands-on experience using these facilities.
3. Month-end closings and management reporting.
4. Year-End Audit
5. VAT Filing
6. Managing the inventory and accounting for this inventory including physical stock checks.
7. Working Capital Management
8. WPS Transfers.

Qualifications

1. Mandatory Requirement: A fully qualified Chartered Accountant
2. Excellent Communication with the ability to communicate with management.
3. At least 5 years' experience in a Construction, Contracting, or Trading organization within the UAE.
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
