Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Monthly reconciliation of bank and vendor accounts.
  2. Post all payments made to vendors, both foreign and local.
  3. Post all expenses paid through bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards; prepare monthly sales commission report.
  4. Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
  5. Check spreadsheets for accuracy.
  6. Maintain digital and physical financial records.
