Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
3. Issue and manage invoices, statements, and reminders for outstanding balances.
4. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
5. Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes efficiently.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
7. Support the senior accounting team in daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in accounting (1-3 years).
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
4. Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
6. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
