Accounting and Finance Officer / Manager (Leading Chinese Bank / Emirati Talent ONLY)

Overview

We are currently working with a well-established Chinese bank that entered the UAE market in 2016 and is regulated by CBUAE. With the goal of developing a regional hub for banking activities in the MENA region, the bank has primarily developed its operations through trade finance, bilateral loans, syndication, interbank placement, investment and trading, RMB clearing, and AED clearing.

They are currently seeking Emirati professionals to join their Accounting and Finance department:

• Manage and process entries in the accounting system while ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial reports and develop recommendations for operational improvements
• Execute timely bank reconciliations and maintain precise accounting records
• Coordinate effectively with external auditors and regulatory authorities on accounting-related matters
• Support senior management with various strategic initiatives as required

• UAE National with valid family book and Emirates ID
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong command of written and verbal English
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, professional integrity, and commitment to compliance
• Exhibits adaptability and continuous learning mindset
• Strong analytical capabilities with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Exemplary record of professional conduct and commitment to regulatory compliance
