Job Summary :
Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting duties, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and implementation of the hospital's budget.
- Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee and perform various accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies.
- Audits: Assist with internal and external audits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory agencies.
- Special Projects: Perform special projects as assigned by the CFO or Finance Director.
Working Conditions :
- Work Environment: Fast-paced hospital environment.
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hours a day, with occasional evenings or weekends.
Salary and Benefits :
1. Salary : Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
2. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

The Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within an Account Manager or Accountant (General Ledger) role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech industry or any industry.
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
