Key Responsibilities:

1. Should be well versed with materials related to interior turnkey works such as building materials, Steel Fabrication, and special items as required.
2. Have a strong and recent database of suppliers and subcontractors to source materials/works for Steel Fabrication.
3. Negotiate and administer local purchases, hired skilled workers, and subcontract works.
4. Manage stock and materials.
5. Ensure all invoices/bills of contractors and suppliers are pre-approved by the cost control and immediate reporting manager.
6. Work closely with the design and projects team to arrange materials for sample board presentations.
7. Assist the estimations team for product pricing as and when required.
8. Ensure all purchases are done subsequent to an order confirmation related to the project, and as instructed.
9. Ensure timely and accurate systems are followed to avoid any lag in project execution.
