ACCOUNTANT (RECRUITMENT & STAFFING)

Job Responsibilities
- Process payroll for temporary and permanent staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage client invoicing, track payments, and handle accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and assist in budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, file corporate taxes, and manage employee-related taxes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow.
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of bills.
- Monitor recruitment-related expenses and support cost management initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Experience with payroll, tax filing, and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
