Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for temporary and permanent staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Manage client invoicing, track payments, and handle accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and assist in budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, file corporate taxes, and manage employee-related taxes.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely payment of bills.
  • Monitor recruitment-related expenses and support cost management initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Experience with payroll, tax filing, and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
