Accountant – Real Estate

Kennedy Property is a modern real estate agency with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We specialize in using technology to make real estate transactions more efficient and effective, and are looking for an accountant to support our growing team.

Key accountabilities are as follows:

1. Preparation of financial statements on a monthly basis
2. Regular cash flow statements
3. Liaison with external AML/CFT consultants and assisting with client screening
4. Following up pending developer receivables
5. Credit card, cheque and cash management
6. Use of Quickbooks software
7. VAT preparation and payment

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Excellent grasp of English language - essential
2. Accountancy firm (ideally big 4) experience - preferred
3. Finance / accounting degree - essential

The Benefits:

1. Salary AED 7,000 - 8,000 per month based on experience
2. Bonus and other financial incentives at CEO discretion
