We are looking to hire a Bank Evaluator who is responsible for maintaining relations with showrooms and dealers in the market so they can use our bank evaluations service.

In this role, you will:

• Explain in depth policy information, educating consumers on products that best suit their needs.
• Develop a relationship with each client with the goal of creating lifelong customers, providing excellent customer service, and answering questions.
• Review policy profiles to ensure customers receive the best rates while maintaining disciplined underwriting guidelines.
• Follow up and conduct call-backs based on pre-qualified leads.
• Explain features and advantages of various policies to provide insurance plans.
• Communicate with customer service and processing departments to resolve customer issues.
• Provide quality checks and accurate pricing of vehicles.
• Get live market updates on vehicle pricing and models.
• Work on increasing bank partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with bankers within the UAE.
• Achieve monthly targets.
• Be responsible for daily visits to dealers in the assigned market to increase the number of bank evaluations.

Requirements:

• BS degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in providing auto loans.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong initiative, welcoming new challenges, and being ambitious.
• Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing team.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities.
