Accountant General

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and internal controls.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure adherence to regulations and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to optimize liquidity and financial health.
• Assist in the preparation for external audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
