Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, depreciation and pre-payments.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
3. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT reporting, and other financial obligations.
5. Process and record transactions related to gold, silver, and other precious metals.
6. Handle inventory valuation and cost accounting for precious metals.
7. Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.
8. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
9. Collaborate with traders and operations teams to track market movements and financial impacts.
10. Generate financial reports for management to support decision-making.
