Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, invoices, and payments.
  2. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  3. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  4. Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing activities.
  5. Handle data entry and maintain updated financial databases.
  6. Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  8. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Basic knowledge of accounting software and financial principles.
  3. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
