Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Accountant and Commercial Documentation Manager. The Accountant and Commercial Documentation Manager will be responsible for maintaining the accounting records of the company, preparing financial reports, and coordinating the activities of the accounting department. This person will also be responsible for managing the Exports shipping & logistics - commercial documentation for the company, ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting and commercial documentation, should be based in UAE.
3. Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in work
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
8. Experience with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Experience in the automotive or electronics industry - Exports / Traders - Based in UAE.
• Experience with SAP accounting software
