Job Title: Accounts & Admin Executive (Female for Diversity)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to manage financial records, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance:

  1. Maintain financial records, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  2. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
  3. Process payroll, reimbursements, and other settlements.
  4. Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgets.
  5. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
  6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Administration & Office Management:

  1. Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and procurement activities.
  2. Oversee employee records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
  3. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
  4. Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and handle correspondence.
  5. Ensure smooth office operations, including facility management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative support.
  3. Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, GST, and tax filings.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in handling payroll processing and compliance.
  2. Knowledge of HR functions like recruitment and employee management.
  3. Prior experience in office administration and vendor management.
