Job Description

• Customer Payment Reconciliation.
• SOA Preparation.
• Monitor accounts receivable transactions and maintain updated customer records.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, sending reminders and statements as needed.
• Daily Collection Update.
• Follow-up with customers and the sales team for deduction of tax invoices and approvals.
• Month-end closing support – Checking accruals and making GL postings.
• Posting deduction tax invoices and GRVs.
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Experience handling large volumes of transactions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
