Accountant (Abu Dhabi)

Responsible for the reconciliation of all revenue operations reports against the General Ledger.

Provide handover related to customer details to asset management in a timely manner.

Receive, maintain, and store all revenue documents in a timely and accurate manner so that correct and up-to-date balances are reflected.

Prepare and dispatch invoices, credit notes, and discrepancy reports in a timely and accurate manner so that amounts owed by the concerned are collected promptly.

Receive, account, and analyze credit notes and incentive payments received in order to highlight variances.

Responsible for updating the revenue reports on a daily basis and data input in Oracle.

Prepare various other statistical reports to facilitate timely reconciliation of various designated accounts.

Carry out all required physical verifications of the property files.

Scan and maintain files for documents related to invoices and receipts for record purposes.

Prepare timely reports for the manager for making informed decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Economics/Finance.

Minimum Experience: 3-4 years experience in a similar role.

Job-specific Skills: Interpersonal skills, ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines, numerical ability, Excel skills.

Behavioral Competencies: Customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and quality, teamwork, organizing for results.
