Accountant

Our client, a real estate development company, is looking for an Accountant (1-3 years of experience) who could join immediately for a full time job, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring hands-on experience with accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP), including related journal vouchers (JVs)
• Familiarity with RTR (Record to Report) processes
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports
• Reconciling AR/AP and inter-company balances
• Handling other day-to-day accounting tasks as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in accounting
• Industry Background: MUST have Real Estate Accounting with UAE VAT knowledge
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• ERP Experience: Preferred - SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
