Job Description

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Track and manage agency revenue and expenses, including processing payments and maintaining client billing records.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare documentation for tax filings.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Provide support for audits and financial reviews.
• Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to improve agency profitability.
