We’re always looking for high achievers and top performers with a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate. This time, we are seeking an Accountant to join our team of Accountants. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses on accounting software.
2. Respond to landlords' requests such as sending consolidated statements of accounts, net income for the requested period, and payment for any expenses related to property payment requests.
3. Deposit cash received into bank accounts.
4. Maintain accurate ledgers for the company’s financial transactions.
5. Perform regular reconciliations of bank and other financial accounts.
6. Manage vendor and customer invoices, ensuring timely payment.
7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
8. Help prepare and submit VAT returns.
9. Check and process payments to DTCM for tourism tax.
10. Monitor and record company expenses.
11. Assist with budget tracking and analysis.
12. Enter and verify journal entries in the general ledger.
13. Provide support during external audits.
14. Perform day-to-day entry of transactions.
15. Reconcile ledgers.
16. Count cash and perform reconciliations.
17. Assist with the preparation of payments and payroll.
18. Perform general tasks related to the accounting function.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably Qualified or Finalist ACCA / CPA.
2. 3 to 4 years of experience in a mid-senior accounting role in UAE companies.
